Responsibilities:
Material Planner reports to Production Control Manager prepares material plans and works with the production team to ensure on-time delivery.
Planning and tracking materials requirement of local & overseas raw materials of current & new projects.Controlling and monitoring local & overseas raw materials inventory and premium freight charges.Preparing monthly material reports as required. Reviewing and ensuring supplier delivery terms on Purchase Order and actual shipment is well aware and followed between supplier and freight forwarder.Providing corrective problem solving if actual material received less than, significantly higher than, delay from the plan.Providing supplier delivery performance feedback (%) and counter.Monitoring the material planning & scheduling and supplier shipment release for each supplier based on the cal...
