Senior M&E Engineer – Building & Infrastructure Construction

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex mechanical and electrical systems for major building and infrastructure developments.
• Manage site resource allocation, machinery deployment, and technical engineering schedules independently.
• Study project requirements and monitor daily site schedules and work progress metrics.
• Coordinate consultant design drawings with specialized site sub-contractors and consultants.
• Verify that M&E work and materials match contract and drawing specifications.
• Assist in day-to-day resource planning and machinery allocation on construction sites.
• Organize mechanical site inspections, testing, commissioning, and authority handover steps.
• Attend site meetings and complete technical engineering project documentation and reporting.
