Senior M&E Engineer - Building Systems & Reliability

CBRE Excellerate in Dubai is looking for an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Engineer to optimize building systems and infrastructure. The successful candidate will oversee the operation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and minimum 6 years of experience in M&E or Facilities Management. Proficient Arabic and English communication skills are essential. Experience in high-rise buildings is a plus.
