Purpose of the Role To lead the design and development of HVAC (air conditioning and ventilation) systems for construction projects, ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality mechanical design solutions aligned with project requirements and international standards. 2. Key Responsibilities A. HVAC Design & Engineering Lead HVAC system design including cooling load calculations, duct sizing, equipment selection, and system layouts. Develop design concepts and detailed mechanical drawings for air conditioning and ventilation systems. Ensure energy-efficient and cost-effective design solutions. B.
