Senior Mechanical HVAC Engineer - Clean Room

Job Summary

Senior Mechanical HVAC Engineer has design and detail engineering experience in semiconductor, AI Datacentre and/or life-sciences / pharma industries. projects. The candidate will be responsible for engineering activities in mechanical discipline on a project, or designated portions of a project, for a global business unit. Plans and perform engineering assignments on the project. Candidate shall have expertise in CRAH, CRAC, DX, chilled water systems, air-cooled, liquid, and immersion cooling, along with hot/cold aisle containment, underfloor/overhead air distribution, humidity control mechanisms, leak detection system, redundancy strategies. Candidate shall have technical knowledge and experience in performing simulation and coordinating these assignments from conceptual stage (LOD 100) to detailed design (LOD 400).
