We’re looking for a Senior Medical Secretary – Upper GI and Respiratory to join the team and support three consultants. This opportunity would suit an experienced individual who is confident providing high‑level secretarial support within a specialist service and enjoys working with a high degree of autonomy in a small, focused team.

In this senior role, you’ll take a lead in supporting the day‑to‑day running of the service. Working fully on site, you’ll manage clinic preparation, patient correspondence and complex enquiries, helping ensure patients receive timely, clear and professional communication throughout their care.
