Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute merchandise plans aligned to business strategy and sales targets
• Drive sales, margin, and stock optimisation across product categories
• Analyse trading performance and identify risks and opportunities
• Manage OTB (Open-to-Buy) and ensure effective stock flow across stores and channels
• Collaborate closely with Buying, Design, and Operations teams
