  Requirements: 
 BEng degree in Processing or Extraction Metallurgy
 Honours degree or Master’s degree in Extraction Metallurgy or any related field would be advantageous
 Possession of an MDP Certificate
 8 – 10 years in metallurgy and processing
 5 + years in a similar management position
