About the Client We’re helping an Australian mortgage brokerage find a Senior Mortgage Operations & Credit Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end mortgage and lending process within a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.

Their approach emphasizes strong communication, operational efficiency, and proactive deal management from application through settlement.
This role will act as the operational backbone between incoming deals, lenders, brokers, clients, and internal support staff.
