Senior Motor Mechanic - Workshop Lead

Overview

Our client is establishing an automotive workshop aligned to RMI standards. We are seeking a qualified, senior Motor Mechanic who will take full responsibility for the workshop floor, ensuring technical excellence, compliance, customer trust and operational discipline. This role is a leadership and accountability role where the successful candidate becomes the custodian of quality, safety and reputation for the workshop.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the workshop, ensuring quality, safety, discipline and RMI-aligned standards.


• Perform diagnostics, repairs, servicing and final sign-off, ensuring first-time-right workmanship.


• Execute and manage workflow against job cards, ensuring turnaround times and priorities are met.
