Senior Multilingual Client Care & Support Specialist

Visa Colombia Sociedad Anonima is looking for an individual contributor focused on analyzing technical complaints and delivering first-level support globally. The role includes processing urgent service requests and assisting in coordinating resources to achieve Client objectives.

The ideal candidate should have a High School diploma, solid PC skills, and be fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Experience in technical support and knowledge of Visa products is preferred.
