This is a senior, hands-on role suited to an experienced engineer comfortable working across multiple client environments. Key Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Minimum 5+ years hands-on ICT experience A+ and N+ certifications Relevant 3-year ICT qualification Proven experience in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment Experience: Handling technical escalations Working across multiple clients Operating in high-pressure environments Willingness to: Perform hands-on support (servers, networks, desktops) Work on client sites Manage SLAs and service contracts Technical Skills Networking Routing, switching, VLANs VPNs and WAN connectivity Fortinet Firewall experience (strong advantage) Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles Servers & Infrastructure Windows ...
