Senior Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Planning and implementation of network technologies (WAN and LAN)
• Creating written documentation for critical infrastructure
• Development of policies / procedures relating to network management
• Management and support of WAN and LAN infrastructure
• Management and support of WiFi networks
• Troubleshooting issues with connectivity / performance of networked systems
• Acting as an immediate escalation point for operations personnel
• Ad-hoc consulting on network-related issues
• Recommendation of hardware / software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades
• Participating in, and leading, project efforts related to network build-out and remote-site network activities
• Resolution of customer support requests in compliance with SLAs
• Management of 3rd party support / service providers
