- Lead and deliver new network/security or tech-refresh projects, ensuring timely completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered professionally and with quality.
- Coordinate and work with Project Managers to properly execute the projects’ scope of work.
- Provide regular and timely project updates to key stakeholders.
- Design and implement new network and/or security solutions and/or optimize the efficiency of current networks and/or security.
- Prepare Low-Level Design (LLD) documents and other project documentation/diagrams as required.
- Complete required User Acceptance Test (UAT) or relevant customer required tests with proper documentation.
- Provide knowledge transfer to customer and other stakeholders upon completion of projects.
- Assist Day 2 Network Team with troubleshooting for managed service customers when requested.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
