Senior Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Experience in installation, testing, implementing and commission IT infrastructure and ensure reliability and efficiency
• Undertake projects on new or existing network implementation and enhancement
• Work closely with pre‑sales to plan for post sale activities on proposed solutions and consultancy services
• Understand and be able to articulate the pain points experienced by customers
• Conduct fault analysis and verification test on recovered malfunction equipment or accessories from fault calls
• System support to elevate issue to principal TECH for problem resolution
• Able to perform the role of project lead in network implementation and integration
• Well versed with the advanced engineering and administration of multiprotocol routers, multilayer switches and network security devices
