Responsibilities

  • Work within a multidisciplinary team to support young people and their whānau on their recovery journey through meaningful engagement, evidence‑based assessments and interventions, and a strong strengths‑based approach aligned with the Early Intervention model.
  • Lead the development and facilitation of group‑based interventions, while collaborating with NGO partners to enhance opportunities and outcomes for young people.
  • Provide clinical leadership, champion the early intervention model, role‑model best practice, and support new staff to build confidence and capability.
  • Contribute to ongoing service development and lift practice standards.
