Senior OD & Workforce Strategy Architect

Abu Dhabi Ports is seeking a specialist to conduct in-depth studies on organization structure and strategic workforce planning. The role involves implementing organization development programs and proposing strategies for an efficient organization.

You will support HR due diligence, conduct workforce demand-supply modelling, and design organizational structures in line with corporate strategy. An excellent command of English and a minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience are required.
