Job Summary

The incumbent will provide legal support for railway transportation projects by managing contract administration, claims, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance. The role involves working closely with project, procurement, commercial, and business teams to safeguard the company's legal interests, mitigate risks, and ensure smooth execution of projects in line with contractual and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, negotiate, and vet contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to railway and infrastructure projects.

Assist in preparation and drafting of Statements of Claims, legal notices, replies, pleadings, and other dispute-related documentation.

Support identification, evaluation, and raising of contractual claims arising during project execution.
