This role will be based at Bugis Junction office. 
We are looknig for a Senior Operations Executive to join our Operations team to support events in Singapore. 
The Senior Operations Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless delivery of exhibition projects. This position requires proactive ownership, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Exhibitor manual management: Prepare and manage the Online Exhibitor’s Manual.
Software proficiency: Be conversant with the various software programs utilized throughout the company.
Contractor coordination: Work closely with/manage appointed contractors to ensure smooth coordination of exhibition operations, including pre-show briefings.
