Senior Operations & Maintenance Engineer

Operational Core Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure effective execution of rooftop solar maintenance activities (planned and unplanned) in line with contractual scope of work, service level agreements (SLA), and compliance to SOPs
• Coordinate annual and monthly maintenance planning, aligning manpower, site access, and third-party support schedules
• Provide on-site technical leadership in fault diagnosis and troubleshooting. Guide resolution based on root cause rather than symptoms
• Coordinate with Customer Service and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely communication of maintenance outcomes for effective client reporting and service continuity
• Review and verify site reports, inspection checklists, photos, and test records submitted by Technicians and Engineers. Ensure proper documentation for internal reference and client reporting
