Senior Operations Manager

We're looking for a Senior Operations Manager to run the day to day of CargoX's last-mile delivery operation across the UAE. This is a hands‑on role: you'll execute the operating model, hit the performance and cost targets, and work closely with our command center, runner network, and commercial teams to keep a fast, reliable service on the road. • Run day to day operations across Live Operations, Runner Management, and Operations Excellence to agreed standards and service levels.
