Candidate Profile
Minimum 5+ years purely healthcare BPO experience
Background in UMR Prior Authorization Billing Claims or similar healthcare processes
Experience managing team leads supervisors and mid level leaders
Strong performance management SLA ownership and operational governance
Amenable to onsite work and night shift
Only candidates with solid healthcare leadership experience will be considered.
