We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Operations Manager with a strong background in data analytics, business insights, and sales operations. This role will focus on managing the regional scorecard, OKRs, and regional BI sales tools to support business performance and strategic decision-making. Proficiency in Power BI and experience with sales tools and reporting systems are essential.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise in analytics, and a strategic mindset to streamline operations and enhance sales performance.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office days a week
