We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager with strong experience in Order to Cash (O2C), Cash Application, and Collections. The ideal candidate has proven leadership experience managing large teams and driving operational performance.



Qualifications:



At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Operations Manager handling O2C, Cash Application, and Collections

Experience managing at least 100 FTEs

Willing to work onsite in Pasig on a shifting schedule

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills



Key Responsibilities:



Drive revenue, profitability, and overall operational performance

Manage SLAs and ensure contract compliance

Lead, develop, and manage direct reports and large teams
