Senior Operations Manager

About the Role

Reporting to the director in charge, you will manage day‑to‑day operations at a shopping mall near Damansara or Petaling Jaya.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and supervise the mall’s daily operations including building maintenance, housekeeping, security, promotional activities, tenant occupancy and collections.
• Work closely with the team to plan, organise and drive marketing events to increase footfall.
• Ensure compliance with the Strata Management Act.
• Lead a team of technical and non‑technical staff to execute operational tasks.
• Assist with leasing activities – promotion, prospecting, negotiation and other related tasks.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, tenants and local authorities.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Business/Management, Property/Real Estate Management, or equivalent.
