Senior Ops Management Specialist - IT Security Officer

• Incident Response & Security Monitoring: Manage and elevate cybersecurity incidents, conduct awareness training, and stay updated on emerging threats.
• Security Management & Compliance: Perform vulnerability assessments, monitor SIEM, audits, ensure adherence to policies, and track remediation.
• Collaboration & Reporting: Maintain security documentation, SOP, report on risks and incidents, and provide guidance to IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science/IT/Cybersecurity or related field; 3+ years in Security Operations.
• Hands‑on with SIEM, WAF, AV, EDR, PAM; expertise in vulnerability management, threat analysis, IR, secure networks, endpoints, and system hardening; familiar with ICT security frameworks, IaC, and CI/CD security.
• CISSP, CISM preferred; cloud security certifications (CCSP, AWS, Azure) advantageous.
