Household name Plc seeks to recruit a commercial lawyer at a mid or senior grade to work within a busy legal department. Our client can consider full or part-time working. This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days in the office per week.
Responsibilities
Undertaking a broad general commercial position advising the business and drafting/negotiating a range of contracts which can be very complex. However, you could also specialise in on a key area such as project finance, technology or corporate law. Work could involve some of the following:
Negotiating, drafting and advising on a range of contracts including supply of goods and services, JV, R&D, IT, IP or construction

Advice on data sharing and processing including GDPR

Corporate matters arising from assets and statutory functions including project or asset finance

Overseeing commercial disputes
