Senior Oracle Fusion Finance Trainer

Our client is delivering a major Oracle Fusion transformation programme and is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Finance Trainer to lead end-user training, stakeholder engagement and user adoption activities across the programme.

This role requires more than someone who can create training materials. The successful candidate will be a confident presenter, capable of standing in front of large groups of Finance users, delivering engaging classroom-based training and building credibility with business stakeholders at all levels.

• Deliver instructor‑led Oracle Fusion Finance training to end users and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate full‑day classroom workshops and role‑based training programmes.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and assess user readiness.
