Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead / Senior Developer with strong technical leadership capabilities to design, develop, and deliver a centralized E‑Portal for NIHS Accreditation, Assessment, Training, etc services and operations. The role requires hands‑on development expertise combined with the ability to oversee end‑to‑end implementation, ensuring alignment with OutSystems best practices, scalable architecture, and high‑quality delivery standards using Agile scrum delivery methods.
