We are looking for a hands-on Senior Packaging Technician to oversee and optimise packaging processes in a production environment.
This role focuses on machine efficiency, maintenance, and team coordination to ensure high-quality, compliant packaging operations.
✅ Requirements
• Minimum 5 years’ technical maintenance experience
• Experience with automated packaging machinery (advantageous)
• Matric (NQF 4)
• Electrical / Maintenance Diploma (advantageous)
• MS Office proficiency
️ Key Duties
• Inspect and maintain packaging equipment
• Perform fault finding and breakdown repairs
• Ensure optimal machine performance
• Coordinate packaging technicians
• Manage parts stock and maintenance needs
• Attend to after-hours breakdowns
