About our role

This Senior Parts Advisor position will see you work Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, with rostered Saturdays at the Ingham Hamilton dealership in Te Rapa, Hamilton. As a Senior Parts Advisor, you are the competent contact person for the selection, advising, and ordering of parts and accessories at both the workshop and the customer counter, as well as handling phone inquiries from our key customers. You will provide effective customer service to a standard that drives increased sales, dealership performance, and customer satisfaction.
