Senior Payroll Analyst

Senior Payroll Analyst is responsible for ensuring payroll processing, audit and validation are in place ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll for large groups of employees. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), manage complex payroll cycles, audit payroll data, calculate necessary adjustments, and handle tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Accuracy & Auditing: Conducting reconciliations and performing payroll audits to confirm compliance with internal controls and legal regulations
• Process, tools and system Improvement: Identifying operational gaps, implementing new procedures, and enhancing overall efficiency
• System Management: Utilizing both manual and advanced payroll systems to manage payroll data and generate reports
• Escalation Support: Addressing complex payroll discrepancies and responding to high-level employee inquiries
