Key Responsibilities

Payroll Administration

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
• Administer payroll using the Sprout HRIS/Payroll System .
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and ensure payroll data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with payroll taxation and all government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR).

Compensation & Benefits

• Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
