On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for a Senior Payroll Executive position based in Malaysia. The role will support payroll operations for both Malaysia and Singapore clients within a payroll outsourcing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing full-cycle payroll processing for multiple Malaysia and Singapore clients, ensuring payroll accuracy
• Monitoring payroll schedules and ensuring timely submission of payroll reports, bank files, and statutory‑related matters
• Acting as the main point of contact for daily payroll operations, client enquiries, and payroll‑related issue resolution
