As a Senior People & Culture Business Partner within New Zealand Manufacturing, you will play a critical role in shaping workforce strategy, capability, and performance across our operations. This highly strategic partnering role involves embedding workforce planning, organisational design, and capability uplift into the business.
Working closely with senior leaders across our lower North Island sites and National Transport portfolio, you will influence direction, lead complex change, and deliver integrated people solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
