What is the Opportunity?RBC offers an exciting role as a Senior Pension Advisor, Quality Assurance. In this role you will be responsible for establishing, leading and executing quality strategies that drive effective, efficient and accurate administration of the RBC Pension Plans. Ensure our processes meet or exceed established standards, deliver continuous improvement across the organization and elevate the employee and retiree experience.What will you do?Evaluate and provide advice regarding impact of new legislation, new HR initiatives or issues at the request of HR Employee Relations, HRBPs etc.
Reports and investigates issues; implements plans to address root causes.
Implement enhance and maintains regular controls and reports to validate and ensure proper audit controls are in place.
