As **Senior People Operations Specialist**, you will contribute to maintaining effective and service-oriented HR operations throughout our organisation. You’ll be the go-to expert for HR administration, local employment act, employee life-cycle processes, compliance, and HR system improvements. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality HR support while also identifying opportunities to optimize and standardize the way we work.
This role is for you with solid HR experience, and who understand the complexities of HR processes in a matrix organization and are comfortable working in a structured, yet evolving environment with many stakeholders.
