Coordination: HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Department Heads, Line Managers, Finance, External Training Providers, and System Vendors
Role Purpose
Lead the execution and continuous improvement of the organization's performance management and learning & development programs by managing performance cycles, coordinating training initiatives, analyzing organizational capability needs, and providing data-driven insights that enhance employee performance, organizational effectiveness, and business outcomes.
