Senior Placements Officer needed in East London Paying £18.08 per hr ref OR8587
Full time hours on a temporary bas
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the sourcing of care placements, ensuring timely hospital discharges (within 3 hours of optimisation) and community referrals.
Manage and support junior staff, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues, stakeholders, and service users.
Investigate and respond to complex enquiries and escalated complaints.
Drive improvements in placement processes and procedures.
