Senior Planner - North West - Circa £40k per annum

Job Overview

Our client is looking to recruit a senior member of its Planning team to co-ordinate production scheduling, ensure compliance to customer delivery deadlines, work across production teams and represent the planning team at a managerial level.

Key Responsibilities

• Dealing with production teams to ensure scheduling plans are met
• Full awareness of production status at all times across all manufacturing areas and at outworkers, taking corrective action where necessary to ensure delivery deadlines are achieved
• Maintain communications with Outworkers, Customer Service and Operations to react and be proactive in changes to production
• Liaising and meeting with internal customers, outworkers and suppliers and occasionally with external customers
• Provide essential support to the Planning Manager and Operations Management Teams
