  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of planning and related applications, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
    Provide expert advice on pre-application proposals in line with national and local planning policies.
    Prepare and present planning applications at committee meetings and stakeholder forums.
    Represent the organisation at planning appeals, preparing and delivering professional cases.
    Respond to general planning enquiries from the public and stakeholders across various channels.
    Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with service standards.
