Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Platform Owner / Product Owner to lead Assisted Banking and branch transformation initiatives within a large-scale digital banking environment.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing digital product roadmaps, Agile delivery squads, customer experience transformation, and branch service modernization initiatives. This role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, branch operations, and technology teams to drive customer‑centric digital transformation and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Product Roadmap & Prioritization
- Define and manage product vision, roadmap, and delivery strategy
- Prioritize backlog items based on business value, customer impact, and feasibility
- Collaborate with business, technology, and operations stakeholders
- Balance customer needs, technical constraints, and strategic objectives
