Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Power BI Lead with extensive enterprise BI, Reporting and Project Leadership experience to join our team.
This role blends hands‑on expertise with technical leadership, guiding a team while shaping best practices across semantic modeling, report development, and deployment.
You will act as a key bridge between business intelligence and data engineering, ensuring reporting requirements are translated into scalable, well‑modeled data solutions. This is a highly collaborative role working across multiple projects, partnering with data engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
Technical Leadership & Mentorship
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Power BI developers
- Establish and enforce best practices for Power BI development, including PBIX management, performance optimization, and maintainability
- Conduct code reviews and provide ongoing technical guidance
