Descriptif/Résumé du poste**Essential Functions**:- Capable of selecting and evaluating synchronous Generators for Aeroderivative product packages and familiar with all the respective Generator system components.
- Familiar with gas turbine product systems design and configurations, including Generator synchronization schemes, protection philosophy, excitation systems and control, able to coordinate with other power plant systems and equipment.
- Support and develop dynamic IEEE models (GENTPJ, AC7B, PSS2B, GGOV1) for gas turbine generator products for benchmarking.
- Knowledgeable in MV/LV Equipment design, sizing, and interfaces, including GSU, step-up/down transformers and motor control equipment utilized on a power plant level.
- Lead design reviews for reliability, performance and safety and compliance type programs for overall plant, including equipment level detail reviews such as GCB, GSUT, LV/MV SWGR and Generator systems.
