About the Team & Impact
You will support mission-critical legacy applications and modernization initiatives. This role focuses on stabilizing, upgrading, and evolving PowerBuilder-based systems while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and reverse-engineer legacy PowerBuilder applications to identify modernization paths
- Upgrade and convert applications to newer PowerBuilder versions or up-to-date platforms
- Develop, test, and maintain PowerBuilder code and database objects
- Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes
- Support production systems through defect resolution and performance tuning
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver solutions
- Contribute to data analysis, reporting, and BI initiatives where required
- Participate in testing cycles (unit, UAT support, deployment readiness)
