Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Senior Practitioner Occupational Therapist to join its client’s forward-thinking Adult Social Care team in Hackney. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead, mentor, and shape practice standards while managing a small caseload of complex cases.


What will your responsibilities be?

  • Manage a small caseload of complex/challenging cases

  • Mentor and support team members in clinical decision-making

  • Supervise students, apprentices, and newly qualified OTs

  • Lead on major adaptations and equipment for independence

  • Represent the service in strategic initiatives and service development
