Senior Pricing Analyst, SL Health Pricing

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to join our SL Health Pricing team in a non‑rotational role. Reporting to Associate Director, Pricing and Profitability Management, this role supports pricing initiatives within SL Health. The role will focus on broad initiatives and analytics pertaining to the profitability of the block as a whole, providing exposure to the full suite of benefits offered within SL Health.

This position plays a critical role in supporting the business specifically through ownership of case escalations for client‑specific proposals that require pricing signoff, case pricing support and risk assessments, and cross‑functional collaboration with Underwriting, Product, and Business Development teams. The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of independence, owning the majority of escalations end‑to‑end while partnering with their leader and subject matter experts on highly complex or large‑scale cases.
