Key Responsibilities 1. Pricing & Cost Estimation Prepare accurate and competitive rates and quotations across air, ocean, road, warehousing and 3 PL solutions Analyse cost structures, carrier tariffs, surcharges, seasonal fluctuations and fuel movements Develop detailed pricing models aligned to internal margin requirements Respond to urgent rate requests with speed, accuracy and commercial awareness 2. Global & Local Tender Management Lead pricing submissions for global and local RFQs, RFPs and tenders Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, operations and procurement teams Ensure all tender documentation is complete, accurate and professionally presented Track tender timelines, clarifications and post-submission follow-ups 3. Carrier & Supplier Relationship Management Maintain strong working relationships with airlines, shipping lines and transport providers Negotiate preferential rates, space allocations and seasonal incentives Monitor carrier performance, reliability and schedul...
