Job Description

Asset owners are navigating ageing infrastructure, volatile budgets, and rising stakeholder expectations. At The Woodhouse Partnership (TWPL), we help them cut through the noise—aligning on ISO 55001, crafting SAMPs that actually get delivered, and enabling robust, transparent decisions with proven methods, training, and tools.

This role can be Hybrid and UK-Wide also considering remote options with occasional international trips for business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Consult:

  • Lead ISO 55001‑aligned assessments, audits, and maturity roadmapping, turning insights into value‑prioritised, deliverable improvement programmes.
  • Build and embed Strategic Asset Management Plans (SAMPs) with clear line‑of‑sight to risk appetite, performance targets and budgets.
  • Provide hands‑on implementation support tailored to each client’s context—joining up processes, closing gaps, and sustaining benefits.
