We are seeking a Senior / Principal Consultant – Transaction Advisory to join our Strategic Advisory team in the Middle East. This role focuses on Transaction Advisory and Public‑Private Partnerships (PPP/P3), advising public and private sector clients through the full project lifecycle—from early‑stage strategy and project development through procurement, commercial structuring, transaction execution, and implementation.

What You’ll Do

• Leading and supporting the development and delivery of infrastructure transaction advisory and PPP engagements.
• Managing project development activities including feasibility studies, techno‑economic assessments, options analysis, business cases, and market sounding exercises.
• Advising governments, infrastructure authorities, developers, and investors on PPP frameworks, delivery models, procurement strategies, and commercial structures.
